Our dark Ecuador chocolate with an intense chocolate aroma is refined with fruity raspberries. A refreshing, sweet-sour taste surprise.
We use beans from Hacienda Sofia in Naranjal, one of Ecuador’s most traditional cocoa farms. Family-owned since 1985, it is now run by the third generation. The 100-hectare farm is characterized by a valuable stock of over 40-year-old cocoa trees, which provide the beans with their special aromatic depth.
As an organically certified operation, Hacienda Sofia is committed to a consistent zero-waste policy: cocoa shells are processed into compost, and the pulp is innovatively utilized to minimize the ecological footprint. With their own drying facilities directly on the farm and complete traceability, the local team guarantees the highest quality standards. The result is a first-class fine cocoa, produced under fair social conditions and in harmony with nature.
Our freeze-dried raspberries come from organic farming in Poland and retain their intense aroma through the gentle process.
