Our dark Ecuador chocolate features an intense cocoa aroma, notes of red berries, and a hint of floral notes. A pure single-origin delight with mild and harmoniously rounded nuances.

We use beans from Haçienda Sofia in Naranjal, one of Ecuador’s most traditional cocoa farms. Family-owned since 1985, it is now managed by the third generation. The 100-hectare farm is characterized by a valuable stock of cocoa trees over 40 years old, which provide the beans with their exceptional aromatic depth.

As a certified organic operation, Hacienda Sofia pursues a consistent zero-waste policy: cocoa husks are processed into compost and the pulp is used innovatively to minimize the ecological footprint. With its own drying facilities directly on the farm and full traceability, the local team guarantees the highest quality standards. The result is a premium fine flavor cocoa produced under fair social conditions and in harmony with nature.
