Shipping and Payment Terms

 

Shipping

We deliver only within the EU.

There is no minimum order value for online orders. The prices stated on the product pages include statutory VAT and other price components.

Deliveries within Germany:
In addition to the stated prices, we charge a flat rate of 5.90 euros per order for shipping. This shipping fee within Germany is waived for orders over 32.00 euros. We ship orders via DHL.

Deliveries to EU countries outside Germany:
In addition to the stated prices, we charge a flat rate of 9.90 euros per order for shipping. This shipping fee to EU countries outside Germany is waived for orders over 69.00 euros. We ship orders via UPS.

The shipping costs will also be displayed in the shopping cart system and on the order page.

For all deliveries: To protect the quality of our products from heat damage, we only ship goods when the temperature forecast for Berlin is below 25°C for the next 3 days from dispatch. Please note that this may result in delivery delays during summer. We also strongly advise against shipping to parcel stations or post offices during the summer months to avoid heat damage. Please ensure that the package can be received by you upon delivery by our logistics partner.

Delivery Times

Germany: Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days. DHL delivery time within Germany is typically 1–3 business days.

EU: Standard shipping takes 4–6 business days. UPS delivery time within the EU is typically 2–5 business days.

Payment Methods

You can pay for your order in the feyn Schokoladen online shop as follows:

Credit Cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express)

You can pay easily and securely with your VISA, Mastercard, or American Express. If you wish to pay for your order with a credit card, simply select "Credit Card" as the payment method during the order process. In the next step, please provide the following credit card details:

  • Cardholder
  • Credit Card Number
  • Expiration Date
  • Card Verification Number

The card verification number is the last three digits next to the signature field on the back of the card. Please note that depending on your credit card institution, a security verification (3D Secure procedure) may be required after completing your order, and you may be asked to verify yourself using a TAN.

PayPal

With PayPal, you pay during the order process through your PayPal account. A PayPal account is required for payment, which you can also open during the order process.

When selecting payment via PayPal, you will be automatically redirected to paypal.de to complete the payment. Your PayPal account will be charged upon completion of the order.
