A balanced, spicy single-origin treat. <\/p>\n<p>Our O&#8217;Tuma beans come from the Waslala region, where they are organically cultivated by a network of approximately 1,200 small farmers. To guarantee excellent quality of the Trinitario genetics, the cocoa is harvested fresh weekly and fermented for 7 days and dried for 7 days under controlled conditions at a central facility.
