1. Validity<\/h2>\n

These terms and conditions apply exclusively to all deliveries and services offered and processed via our online shop. Separate terms and conditions apply to other services (especially for business customers). <\/span><\/p>\n

2. Conclusion of Contract, Minimum Order Value<\/h2>\n

The offers presented in our online shop are non-binding and do not constitute a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. There is no minimum order value for online orders. By placing your order, you submit a legally binding purchase offer. <\/p>\n

We will confirm receipt of your order by email. This confirmation does not yet constitute a binding acceptance of the order. <\/p>\n

A purchase contract is only concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation or by delivering the goods. If some of the ordered goods are not available, we may accept the order only with regard to the available goods and inform you accordingly. <\/p>\n

All agreements related to the purchase contract result from these General Terms and Conditions and our written order confirmation. We do not accept deviating customer terms, even if we do not explicitly object to their inclusion. <\/p>\n

With the order confirmation, we will send you your order details and our General Terms and Conditions by email. You can easily print, download, or save these. <\/p>\n

3. Prices, Shipping Costs<\/h2>\n

All prices stated on the website are in Euros and include the applicable VAT.<\/p>\n

For orders up to a value of 49.00 Euro (incl. VAT) within Germany, a flat shipping fee of 5.90 Euro will be charged. Orders with a higher value are shipped free of charge within Germany. <\/p>\n

For orders up to a value of 69.00 Euro (incl. VAT) to other EU countries, we charge a flat shipping fee of 9.90 Euro. Orders to other EU countries with a higher value are shipped free of charge. <\/p>\n
